Difficult Conversations
Any  human relationship is characterized by conflict. Whether it is a customer, co-worker or family member, we all have moments of stress in our relationships. It cannot be avoided, nor should it be; disagreements allow us to grow and improve. Nevertheless, they are difficult to handle. This seminar, taught by Marvin Stottlemire PhD, JD, will help you learn strategies to deal with those difficult conversations. You will learn: How to deal with emotions – yours as well as the other person’s; the role of perception in conflict; the role of status in conflict; and how to turn a liability into an asset.
